Shipping

In-Stock orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, upon order confirmation. 

Express Shipping: 00 (3 to 5 working days)

Standard Shipping: 00 (7 to 21 working days)

Preorder items would take longer and will depend on quantity and dimensions, to get an estimate, please contact us at info@shopfili.com.

We are only shipping in Europe and in the Philippines currently but if you would like to get an estimate for shipping outside these covered areas, please contact us at info@shopfili.com with the desired item/s and quantity to be shipped.

We are not responsible for import fees, taxes, VAT or any other custom fees should your package be processed by customs.

We are not responsible for missing packages.

 

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, send us an email on info@shopfili.com stating order number and reason of return.

We will issue a confirmation of either a refund or store credit upon approval.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.

Products must be unused and in a saleable condition, in original packaging with tags attached.

Items may be shipped using any method of your choice, at the customer’s expense.

We are not responsible for lost and/or stolen returns.

All sales on SALE items are final.

We have no return, no exchange policy on the rugs that are preorder. Once an order is placed and confirmed, refunds will not be possible.
